Each vacuum insulated stainless steel water bottles have more than 30 steps, from raw material to production to finished products, each proscee we all have quality test and checkout. Make sure the 304 stainless steel is real, each process is eligible.

The purifier bottle is made of 316 stainless steel inner, which is more healther than 304 stainless steel, and outer wall made of 304 stainless steel, which is food grade with USA standard.

Vacuum insutated, keep warm more than 18 hours and keep colder more than 24hours.

The capacity is 500ml .

Here comes the key point:

Why a water purifying insulated cup? We have designed a tea storage area on the lid, and inside it, we have placed special eco-friendly materials - ALPS mineral particles. ALPS particles are rich in elements such as aluminium, magnesium, iron, sodium and potassium. These elements are beneficial to health and can improve the acidity and alkalinity of water. When you drink water, the water passes through these particles for purification, becoming slightly alkaline. This makes your drinking water safer.

We are a factory of stainless steel insulated cups, and at the same time, we also produce titanium cups.

The factory now covers an area of 12, 000 square meters, has over 80 sets of equipment, and we have 98 employees, maintaining long-term stability.

Artwork requirements and guidelines

Before proceeding with the production of mock up, we will need to do up a product visual with the artwork provided by the client. We are able to provide layout design service for free.

In order to ensure that the artwork printed is okay, we will need clients to follow the guidelines as follow:

We would prefer to work with artworks in AI, EPS, PSD, PDF format.

Kindly ensure that artwork is vectorized, pathed, rasterized.

Kindly ensure that the resolution of the images used is at least 300dpi (high resolution).

Kindly ensure that images used in artwork are embedded to avoid missing image links.

Kindly provide the pantone color code for the logo or artwork to be used.

Kindly ensure that the bleeding area is at least 3mm.

Mock up guidelines

Once artwork is confirmed and our official quotation invoice is endorsed, we will be proceeding for the production of mock up. The production time of mock up varies for per product. The mock up time and lead time is usually provided with the quotation given. After the production of mock up is completed, our sales team will send the photo of the mock up or the real samples to client to check and provide their confirmation to proceed for mass production.

Mass production guidelines

Upon confirmation of mock up, we will proceed on with the production of mass production.

At this stage, please take note that we would not be able to make any changes pertaining to the artwork as well as the other specifications of the item. For cases when delivery dateline is urgent, we will skip the production of mock up and go straight for mass production. For such cases, client would have to be certain that there will not have any changes upon confirmation of the production. Photos of the first batch produced will be sent to client for view if there is enough time for it.
