2008

Entrepreneurial Beginnings

Mr. Qiu officially and successfully embarked on his entrepreneurial journey, completing the transformation from a skilled worker to a contract manufacturer specializing in the vacuum performance of thermos flasks. An independent vacuuming processing factory was established to process stainless steel insulated cups for leading insulated cup enterprises.

2013

Formal Factory Establishment

After years of technological accumulation, Mr. Qiu officially established a small factory covering an area of 2,000 square meters. Although the factory is small, it was already capable of independently completing the processing of tube materials and finished insulated cups (except for spraying). Initially focusing on OEM production, with best-selling products including cola bottles and thermos cups. This year marked our official identity as a manufacturer of thermos flasks.

2017

Scale Expansion and Environmental Commitment

The company expanded its scale with a production area of 6,800 square meters. Added its own spraying equipment and environmental protection equipment, aiming to protect the Earth's environment during the production process. This year, Yongkang Jiangzhi Cup Industry Co., Ltd. was officially put into use.

2021

Continued Growth and Facility Enhancement

Further expansion of production capabilities and facility enhancements, strengthening the company's position in the insulated cup industry with improved production efficiency and quality control systems.

2024

Automation and Production Optimization

Investment in fully customized equipment such as mechanical arms enabled faster and more stable production of stainless steel insulated cups. Daily production capacity reached 28,000 pieces, with packaging capacity at 40,000 pieces daily. From production, vacuuming, spraying to packaging, a perfect closed loop was formed, ensuring stable quality and quantity to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

Current Capabilities

Yongkang Jiangzhi Cup Industry Co., Ltd. is one of the quality representatives in the insulated cup industry. At present, our company has a complete production line, from the raw material of stainless steel insulated cups to surface treatment, all equipped with complete facilities.

We currently have 2 insulated cup production lines, a powder coating workshop with fluorine-free production capacity, a fully automated dust-free spray painting workshop capable of completing multiple surface treatment processes, 5 polishing lines, 4 packaging lines, 4 vacuum furnaces and a series of other equipment. We can complete the delivery of large orders within 7 to 15 days, ensuring the speed of shipment.

Meanwhile, we have our own design department, R&D department, technical management department, quality control department and sales department. We have quality administrators at every stage, and quality is always at our core.
