Recently, Yongkang Jiangzhi Cup Industry successfully completed the annual ISO9001 quality management system re examination certification, and a new valid certificate has been issued. This is also a response to our commitment to standardized production and strict quality control every year.
In order to match this standardized management system, the factory has recently carried out regular optimization of the entire production line. From the fully automatic stainless steel cup body forming equipment to the finished product assembly line, the workshop is clearly divided into work areas, with raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products neatly arranged in different zones, making the production line smoother. The fully automatic pipe processing equipment stably completes the shaping of the cup foundation, reduces manual errors, and stabilizes the cup foundation workmanship from the source.
In the assembly workshop, workers orderly complete the appearance spraying, accessory assembly, and initial inspection of finished products. Each insulated cup that leaves the factory will be sent for inspection by a third-party authoritative organization with CNAS and MA qualification laboratories to issue testing reports. The material safety and insulation performance meet the standards, and whether it is an internal 304 full steel cup or an internal and external layered stainless steel cup, the material standards can be traced throughout the entire process.
Kudike factory has its own multi story independent production plant and complete production line, without outsourcing. Persisting in updating the quality management system every year is not just about obtaining a certificate, but also about implementing clean and tidy workshops, standardized production processes, and layer by layer quality inspections into daily production. We will continue to optimize the production process and provide customers with stainless steel insulated cup products with more stable workmanship and safer materials.
