Our ordering process is as follows:

First, contact us via email and specify your detailed requirements, including the color of the vacuum flask, logo design, order quantity, and desired delivery date. We will provide a quotation based on your needs. Once you confirm the price, we will begin creating a sample. After the sample is completed, we will confirm with you again to ensure it meets your requirements. Once the sample is approved, we will send back the Purchase Order (PO), followed by the Proforma Invoice (PI). Upon payment of the deposit, we will start the production process. After production is completed, we will conduct strict quality inspections to ensure product quality. Upon successful inspection, you will need to pay the balance, and finally, we will arrange for shipment.
