How to perform sublimation printing on 500ml stainless steel cola bottle?

The sublimation time and temperature are for reference only and may vary depending on the press, paper, ink, or environment. It is recommended to conduct testing before formal production.

1. Print in mirror mode.

2. It is recommended to air dry the paper for 5 minutes.

3. Preheat the press to 180 ℃.

4. Place the paper correctly above the bottle and secure it with heating tape. Then, place the bottle on the press and set the pressure to 11 ounces (approximately 310 milliliters).

5. Turn off the press and apply pressure for 40 seconds.

6. When the time is up, put on protective gloves, remove the bottle from the press, and then tear off the paper.

7. Cool the bottle for a few minutes.
